Art Therapy and Counseling Services

Nothing is one size fits all, especially what makes each of us unique, so our healing journeys are all a bit different too. That may include both individual sessions as well as group classes. It might include other healing modalities and therapies. The goal is to help you along your particular path.

Explore creative expressions through art therapy and personal growth. The cool thing is you don't have to be an artist, this is a no judgement zone. You can talk, you can journal, you can create, you can get silent, you can meditate, you can dance, you can move to the beat of your own drum!

Please note that all services and offerings are not yet available, until completion of my Master's program and licensing. Until then, I am an Art Therapist in training.

A little about me

Please call me Jenn....a few years ago, I was in a position I never wanted to be in and decided I needed to change my life. So, I am becoming the person I needed when I was younger. I am an Art Therapist in training and would like to work with kids or adolescents who have or are experiencing trauma. Or anyone else who needs help, because let's face it, we all do from time to time.

Besides that, I am a mother, a grandmother, a non-traditional student, a first-generation college student, and a published artist. I am also a certified yoga instructor, a reiki master, and a theta healer. I have my AFA from Montgomery Community County, and plan to graduate with my BA in Art Therapy in December 2024, from Arcadia University. I am also looking forward to continuing onto my MA in Art therapy and Counseling in 2025.
